One of my clients made me these Yummy Macaroon cookies and Since I enjoyed them so much I decided to add them to my Holiday Baking this year!

MACAROON KISSES | |
2 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut 1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 bag chocolate Hershey kisses Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine coconut, milk and vanilla, mix well. Drop by teaspoonsful onto aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned around edges. Immediately remove and put on wax paper. Press kiss in center of each macaroon. |
