I had a nice Birthday! I didn't do anything too exciting, but it was a nice day! I worked a half day. The kids had no school so I ran errands with them then got some walking time and took Adam to the game and watched him in the band! We lost but The band was great! I made this amazing Apple Cake! I used applesauce instead of oil and it was soooo moist and delicious! If I make it again I will not bother with any frosting. However I did use a can of coconut pecan frosting. It to was good! I was Blessed with my favorite... a couple coffee gift cards which will keep me happy all year long;) and this beautiful purse, which I love! and 3 biscottis in which I ate 1 YUMMY:)
I was so excited and Blessed to get over 130 plus facebook Birthday wishes!:) The sun was shining and just perfect out:)So now I stay strong at ahem, 39...
