A Night At The Museum & Casino Night!

What a fun filled night for all of us!!! Bill And I went to Casino night. This is held once a year through my hubbys work. It is alot of fun, they give all the couples $5000.00 to gamble with, of course it is all play money. They made us wonderful Steaks on the grill, cheesy mashed potatoes, salad, green bean casserole, corn and rolls. DELICIOUS! And for dessert (which they have never provided in the past) 1 lady alone made a ton of cupcakes, 2 kinds of brownies, lemon mirange pie and coconut cream pie! WOW AND because it was an extra special night we also acknowledged The owners Birthday of 65 yrs and sang happy birthday and she alone too made a tripple german chocolate cake which I had for dessert and OMG let me tell you she is an amazing baker! WOW! So then everyone has their fun gambling winning and loosing, I gave Bill 500.00 of his money so we could make sure to have something at the end to bid on for prizes! they had all sorts of interesting prizes, from metal filing cabinets, to cordless drills, to T-fall pots and pans, to HUGE remote control trucks to Elmo to bratz dolls to portable Dvd player, to CAV'S passes....and SO SO SO much more! I visited with a few of the people I havent seen since last yr?1 particular lady I had fun with she was so hillarious my jaw still hurts from laughing so hard!!! anyway...it was a blast and since I didnt play, I usually do a little and even when I do play I play with it like its real and bid VERY little!(I am not a gambler:) They know me for being cheap:)) hehehe...who cares! Anyway...I was happy to say we got the food chopper and it looks like fun and much easier then cutting all items with a knife...(I know not exactly the Best prize there, but the most useful for us! It was either that or the pirates of the Caribean part 2 DVD, which We have not seen yet, So Anyway I will have to let you know How it works! The top person that got to go 1st was someone that ended up with $40,000 that is amazing from starting off of $5000.00 we ended up with $5020.00 So Bill did good even though he bettered us $20.00 nothing was lost from the outcome! Now what did we do with the kids? Well they had a fabulous time! My dearest Friend Teri ( My kids refer to her as AUNT TERI, since she is like my sis)! took them and spoiled the snot out of them! She took the trio to the movie theater to see *NIGHT IN THE MUSEUM* They all loved it and it was packed! Then she treated them to use up all the change she had in her car to play lots an lots of video games...Something I would NEVER do. And then she treated them to McDonalds, she was telling me how hungry they were, WOW and were they ever! Adam (eldest) ate a DOUBLE quarter pounder with cheese, large fry and drink then was STILL hungry and ate a cheeseburger, Jelena had a cheeseburger happy meal, ate it all and wanted more she wanted an order of chicken selects, and apple dippers! Kedric ate chicken selects, fries and drink! Poor Aunt Teri! I think she went for broke! She insisted she wanted to do all this so, ok as you wish! God Bless her she is toooo sweet! She is the sister I never had! she does anything and EVERYTHING a sister should/ would do for me! thank you Teri for being a Blessing to us all! We love you!!! Everyone had a fantastic night!!!
