Well So much for Chocolate Day at M.O.P.S! (we are snowed in)I decided to post my peanut butter pie surprise since I won't be able to duplicate it this well again!
Peanut butter Pie surprise...
crushed oreo double stuff cookies,
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed regular
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

1 ( 8oz vanilla) cool whip
mix all ingredients except the cookies which I put in layers
then I topped it off with belgium truffle chocolates and whipped topping for garnish and a few mini marshmallows for garnish with a few red sprinkles...for fun!

OH me, you mean if it wasn't for snow i could have been eatting that today. I guess it's a good thing it snowed or i would have gained 5 pounds in one morning LOL. That looks so yummy.
I am headed to the store in a few minutes for the ingredients. This will be a great Valentine dessert for Husband tonight. I'd better hurry as a blizzard is headed our way today!
