Build A Bear Workshop

Build a Bear Workshop was alot of fun! ( we went here today)I been Promising the kids since November We would take them there so they could each make their own keepsake teddy Bear! What fun it was too!Adam is here showing his teddy after it was stuffed...1st you pick which teddy you want stuffed... he is ready to find an outfit...

Then you have to bathe them after they get stuffed (with help from the workers)...
here is Jelena getting hers stuffed...They need to pick a heart for each one... they are supposed to be real like....hehehehe

Then you pick the outfit you want Jelena and Adam picked their own unique selections to make rock star bears complete with guitars and Kedric wanted the Cleveland Browns out fit...
Here we are with our bears in hand ready to take them home!

Adam named his Patrick, Kedric named his Buddy and Jelena named hers Jewel
heres the trio, It cost way to much money but the kids are sooooo happy with their creations. I think they eached thanked us like 6 times each!!!
It was alot of fun! Now that my kids have been COMPLETELY spoiled this weekend, it is time to get back into the routine!

Hi Tina,
So glad you stopped by to visit me. Your children look like they had a wonderful time at Build A Bear. I've taken my grandchildren to the one at Downtown Disney in CA. You're right, it's spendy, but such fun for them.
Now they'll want cute little outfits for different occasions!!
:)

This is such a fun activity. My kids each have one (the girls have 2) and they are such loved bears.

The wonders of Build A Bear. My old roommate was addicted to the place.. I have a frog from there.. The ones your kids made are so adorable!

I love that place! We took Robyn there for her birthday and I was wishing I could make my own. We are taking Garrett for his birthday.

Love the family pic. It looks like a great time was had by all. We haven't been to build a bear, the kids got to do pretty much the exact same thing 2 summers ago but they were building there own Boydes Bears at the Boydes Bear County(big huge Boydes Bear store resturant and stuff) while we were on vacation In TN. They picked the bear, stuffed it with beads each color bead stood for something like loving, friendly, sort of stuff like that so they could make there bears own personality and then picked there outfit for them. Last year when we went back on vacation they each picked out a 2nd outfit for there bears. Only one who didn't make one or pick an outfit was Little Man but he is too little to care or to make on LOL.
