leftovers, I made strawberry jello with strawberries in it and yellow cupcakes topped with coconut pudding(dry) mixed with cool whip, yummy!




Monday
ham salad croissants, chips, psalty peanut bars (recipe below) ( it is uniqely made with corn chips) pic is on the right...



Tuesday
hearty chicken casserole, blueberry muffins, grape salad



wednesday
frito pie, bread stix, chewy peanut butter bars



Thursday
Veggie Qasadillas, rice



Friday
pizza (I am going out with my 2 girl friends)



Saturday

Psalty Peanut Bars
1 pkg corn chips
1 cup
unsalted peanuts
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips melted

place half the corn chips and peanuts in greased 9 x 13 dish set aside
in a saucepan bring syrup, and sugar to boil stir in peanut butter drizzle half over the mixture in dish then add remaining corn chips and peanuts to syrup mixtures stir until combined and pat in dish drizzle with chocolate...

Those bars look terrific. Once again I am printing off something fattening!lol! Anything with chocolate drizzled on it sounds good to me!
