Tuesday sloppy joe wagon wheels,( recipe below) corn, garlic bread, chocolate coconut bars for dessert
Wednesday Fish, green beans, mashed potatoes
Thursday BBQ chicken sandwiches, pepperoni angel hair pasta, jello with fruit in it
Friday pizza pan pizza ( order out)
Saturday mac n cheese and hot dog roll ups, fruit for the kids ( dear husband and I are going out on a date to somewhere)
Sunday left overs
TOMATO BACON PIE
1 baked deep dish pie shell
3 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/4th slices
10 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
place tomatoes in the crust, sprinkle with bacon. In a bowl, combine the cheese, and mayo. spoon over bacon in the center of the pie, leaving 1 inch around edge. bake 350 degrees for 30-40 min or till golden brown...
SLOPPY JOE WAGON WHEELS
1pkg ( 16 oz) wagon wheel pasta
2 pounds ground beef
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jar ( 28 oz) meatless spaghetti sauce
1 jar ( 15 oz) sloppy joe sauce
cook pasta according to pkg. in large skillet cook ground beef, green pepper and onion till done no pink, drain juices stir in sauces heat through, serve over drained pasta...
