Birthday party/ Refresh(church-- praise an Worship)/ taking family out for pizza!

Mountainous Mandrin Pie
1 package cream cheese (8oz)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 Cup orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup sour cream
2 drops yellow food coloring
1 drop red food coloring
1 (8oz) cool whip
1 chocolate crumb crust
1 (15 oz) can mandrin oranges
1 square (1 oz) unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. shortening
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add the milk,orange juice,sour cream and food colorings if desired, beat til smooth.Fold in cool whip. Spoon Half into crust. Set 8 mandrin orange segments aside. Arrange remaining oranges over filling. Top with remaing filling and reserved oranges.

In a microwave melt chocolate and shortening, stir until smooth coll slightly, then drizzle over pie chill at least 4 hrs...Yield 6-8 servings
Green Beans With a Twist

1package frozen green beans (16oz)
1 Cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp Butter
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
In a skillet, saute the beans, and mushrooms in butter. Sprinkle with dressing mix; toss to coat, just before serving add bacon. Yield 4-6 servings

What time is dinner this week? I'm coming over, so set an extra plate at the table ;)
those green beans sounds wonderful, I'll have to try them for a church dinner or something because I'm the only one who would eat them here :( I'm the only one in the family who will eat mushrooms. Well Sweet Pea will on pizza but can't get her to try them without pizza LOL..
I'm copying your dessert recipe right now.. that looks soooooooooooooo YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!
