Palm Tree Fanatic

There was lots of fun to be had in Cincinnati...Below is the wading pool in this park, it was amazing! People could go as high as the blue tape on the steps and they had 3 lifeguards guarding the area...You can see Jelena getting wet in the water fall...it only went as high as my calves...

Here comes Kedric, All 3 were having a blast in it...except I forgot to bring their swim suits so they had to dry off naturally is all...

This is what the pool area looks like BEFORE people got in it and boy did it fill up! I think it was refreshing...Especially since it was 90 degrees...

Before hand while waiting for the pool to open we got to listen to a couple guys playing some music, it was very good too! I think it sounded like "BOB MARLEY"

Onto the rest of the park...This pig is a known symbol for Cincinnati, All the businesses have one out front I guess...

Check out this bridge...My brother is all about jogging and staying in shape when he isn't working 6 days a week, working on his house and being a good dad and husband for his family...This amazing bridge is only for pedestrians, my brother loves heights, and wants to climb this bridge to the top which we think costs...anyhoo, it is purple beautiful and we had to take a closer look....

These are the steps he will climb someday to get to the tip top...

This beautiful painting was also a rock climbing wall, though it didn't go very high, Keith and Jelena tried it anyway...

Adam was making some great music on these wooden symbols, it was an xylophone, very neat...

Yup I got on the tire swing too...lol! fun fun!

Afterwards we went to SKYLINE CHILLI...it is a famous place there...I got the coney dog

and the 3 way (this is spaghetti, famous chilli on it topped with cheese and onions) It was very good and also they start you off with oyster crackers... Well there you have it, Then we spent the rest of the day at my brothers with his lovely wife and Kora...It was VERY relaxing! DH and I took a little nap, kids played and we even watched the movie CHARLETTES WEB on DVD there, cute movie, I think the girl in the movie is alot like Kora, very smart! They made us dinner we had Healthy food! They are pretty health conscience...For an appetizer we had lots of veggies in light dipping sauces, humis( I never had before) spread on pita bread, For our main meal...We had chicken on the grill with this wonderful marinated sauce, rice and veggies skewered on the grill DELICIOUS! For dessert which they normally don't have but good incentive for everyone to eat we had chocolate chip cookies, yummy:)

This is a photo of The theater we went to there, yes we managed to catch a movie on Tuesday couldnt resist...it was a discount theater and on tuesdays they have a better special of only $1.75 a person! Couldn't beat that! We seen "MEET THE ROBINSONS" this really was a very cute movie! This was also not far from our Hotel
