Sloppy Sandwiches
you need...
8 oz ground beef
1 packet ( 1.31 oz) sloppy joe seasoning mix
1 can ( 6oz) tomato paste
1 Large Egg
1 tbsp. water
All- purpose flour
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated buscuits, pillsbury
1/2 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese, Kraft
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside.
In a small bowl, using a fork, beat together egg and water; set aside.
Lightly sprinkle flour on a flat surface and onto a rolling pin. Roll out each buscuit to make a 4 inch circle, turning the buscuit with each roll so it doesn't stick. ( if dough starts to stick use more flour)
For Sandwiches, spoon 2 Tbsp. meat mixture and 1 Tbsp cheese ( I used more) on 1 side of each buscuit circle.
using a pastry brush, brush a thin layer of the egg mixture around the edgeof each dough cirsle. Fold Dough over meat mixture to form a half circle. Pinch edges together to seal. Place on prepared cookie sheet. Lightly brush the top of each sandwich with more of the egg mix.
To make little pleats in the crust take a kitchen cooking scissors and cut small slits around edges before baking...
Place baking sheet in oven, Bake 13- 15 min. Using oven mitts, remove baking sheet from oven
Allow to cool then enjoy!

My Son made these with me supervising, he got this cook book as a Birthday gift from a dear friend...
