you need...
8 oz ground beef
1 packet ( 1.31 oz) sloppy joe seasoning mix
1 can ( 6oz) tomato paste
1 Large Egg
1 tbsp. water
All- purpose flour
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated buscuits, pillsbury
1/2 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese, Kraft
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside.
In a medium saucepan, using a wooden spoon, stir together ground beef and sloppy joes seasoning mix. Place saucepan on burner; turn burner to medium- high. Cook and stir about 10 min. or until meat is browned. Stir in tomoato paste until well combined. Remove Saucepan from Heat.
In a small bowl, using a fork, beat together egg and water; set aside.
Lightly sprinkle flour on a flat surface and onto a rolling pin. Roll out each buscuit to make a 4 inch circle, turning the buscuit with each roll so it doesn't stick. ( if dough starts to stick use more flour)

Place baking sheet in oven, Bake 13- 15 min. Using oven mitts, remove baking sheet from oven
Allow to cool then enjoy!
My Son made these with me supervising, he got this cook book as a Birthday gift from a dear friend...
I am not making a set menu for this week as we are going to clean out our freezer and cut back on the extra expense this week!
