CARAMEL APPLE SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold fat-free milk
  • 1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 2 cups reduced-fat whipped topping, divided
  • 3-1/2 cups chopped unpeeled apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts

Directions:

In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 1 minute (mixture will be thick). Whisk in 1 cup whipped topping. Fold in apples. Chill until serving. Sprinkle with peanuts. Yield: 6 servings.

This was a hit at my house last weekend. I doubled the batch and made it when our guests came for a cook out! However I DID peel the apples though it didn't say to and we liked it this way, the crushed nuts really made it! Let me know if you try this!

It looks yummy, sounds yummy and not too many ingredients. Sounds like a winner to me.

This sounds really yummy. These caramel apples have to be easier on the teeth too. :)

The garage looks awesome. I'd like to do that with ours.
