Hi Tina,
This Kris from Dr. Kiser's office. I'm the assistant who monitored Adam's vitals. :-) Anyway I just have to tell you I have been enjoying reading your blog for some time now. I never read blogs before now. You just amaze me,,,how in the world you do so much! You must be a very high energy person. You inspire me to do more, however I don't think I could do as much as you do. I scrapbook & photography among other hobbies, but I don't think I could blog evey day. Well, I just wanted to tell you that I have you book marked, and enjoy reading your blog & seeing your pics! God bless!! You can email me if you wish at imforgiven@minister.com

Now I really have to give this a go as we eat lots of tuna with sandwiches.

Do we need to bake it in the oven or just eat as what you have displayed? Chopped onions & celery right?

Thanks for great ideas this weekend :D

Kris- Hi Kris! So Happy to hear I have inspired you;)Yes I am a high energy person, it is the only way to be right?;) I know I am slowing down abit in my older age, (laughing) Yes I am, so I need to drink coffee or if I REALLY need a boost then I take a green tea diet pill which have lots of caffeine in them! I am getting a couple months behind on the scrapbooking but plan to get caught up when the kids are back in school! Thanks for stopping by and leaving a compliment to me!
Blessings!

Shionge- YES chopped onions and celery, I have the peppers raw, I suppose you could cook them if you wish...
