This week its all about tomatoes! We have been enjoying all our veggies but planted lots of tomato plants so now we are reaping the Harvest so to speak! This week's menu has lots of Tasty tomato recipes! Enjoy!
Sunday- Sloppy Joe Buscuit Bake, carrots and zucchini, ice cream sundaes for dessert
Monday- sausage vegetable skillet over rice
Tuesday-BBQ Ribs on the grill, cheesey macaroni, Tasty Tomatoes (see below)
Wednesday- Hickory BBQ Wings, pizza, celery sticks ( My birthday so not sure about the dessert yet)
Thursday-Homemade vegetable Soup, BLT's
Friday- Date night
Lots of Red juicy tomatoes! Here is what I have left after cooking several down!
TASTY TOMATOES
1/4 Cup celery
2 tbsp. onion chopped
1 Cup salad dressing
Spoon over tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese
