Weekend Recap

Another GREAT Weekend!
It has been a pleasant long weekend with the kiddos home! I have really enjoyed them! Thursday they were off due to negative degree chilling temps. So I worked a half day they hung out at home inside and built tents etc...Friday we all enjoyed a wonderful leisure day something I only do like 1 day a year a pajama day! Thats right we all hung out inside in our warm jammies! We danced with our disco ball ( see below) we make our basement a fun and exciting jam session as we dance like goof balls but hey its fun and excersise!;)

Saturday I worked all day then we went to church, then to tired for anything else we were all off to bed! Sunday I cut all the kids hair as they all desperately needed it! Then I took them to the REC Center to burn some energy, they played volley ball and basketball! Then I took Jelena and Kedric to our cousins house for a sleep over! Adam and I got some 1 on 1 time and it was GREAT!!! We had to buy him some new jeans as his are highwaters now and we got some fabulous jeans he is so excited about at half the price at Aeropostle...my kids thing everything needs to be bought at aeropostle now... I will only buy things there if I can find a great deal! So we got his jeans and a shirt and left, had a couple other quick stops then I really treated him as we went to STARBUCKS. He is always wanting to go there but never gets to so since I had some duetto dollars for free drinks I decided to share them! We had so much fun! What can be better then a white chocolate mocha?

then we enjoyed playing a game of checkers there, so relaxing there especially 7:30 at night! I beat the pants off Adam by umm 2 guys woohoo for me;)

now Even though Adams drink was decafinated, mine wasn't and I thought maybe we could come home and make some double chocolate cookies....They are as yummy as they look!!!

So I guess that completes the weekend! Now time to clean up! Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!
