February 1st 2010 Menu Plan


Sunday-Hot dogs, pizza rolls, oranges and rice krispy treats for dessert

Monday- spaghetti and meatballs, salad, cheesy bagels

Tuesday-Biggest Looser Turkey Wrap for Me, green beans, sausage with sour kraut and mashed potatoes

Wednesday-Beef Roast, carrots and potatoes

Thursday- chicken, rice, broccoli

Friday- Make overTuna melt bites ( healthy cooking) and left overs
