Melts Bar and Grilled

I have been wanting to eat at this most amazing place for sooo long I think like 6 months now! Melts has month specials

Anyway, we finally made it happen as it is a little drive! Basically it is a glorified gourmet grilled cheese place!

They were even on the Man Vs Food Show! This place is incredible and sooo glad when we went as I was told come summer you have to wait almost 2 hrs for take out! You can see their full menu here...

The Prime Time Rib Melt


Tender prime rib slow roasted with a cracked black peppercorn spice crust. Sliced thin and stacked with cheesy roasted garlic mashed red skin potatoes and provolone cheese. Zippy horseradish sauce and a deliciously rich au jus for dipping. Vegetarian and vegan options!

DRINK

Liz's Pomegranate Mint Julep

Cane sugar and fresh mint leaves crushed with ice, then shaken with Maker's Mark Bourbon and Pama pomegranate liqueur.

We split the sandwiches and both were amazing! The fresh cut fries and coleslaw it comes with is out of this world! The fries gotta be the best I have ever tasted:)
