Menu Plan for February 5th recipes on botton

Monday
school has been cancelled today so we will be having scrambled eggs, toast, bacon for breakfast
and for lunch will be bagel bites, and supper
Frito pie (chili, topped with cheese & fritos) (We didnt have this last week, we got invited out for dinner) Butterscotch brownies
Tuesday
Cheeseburger Paradise soup, sub sandwiches,
peach cheesecake
Wednesday
BBQ Beef sandwiches, carrot sticks, nacho chips and cheese
Thursday
hot dog casserole
Friday
homade pizza
Saturday
(company coming) Spaghetti, garlic bread, salad, dessert (tba)
Sunday
leftovers
HOT DOG CASSEROLE
6 hot dogs cut up
9 oz frozen peas
small onion finely chopped
3 nice size potatoes chopped up pretty small
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
2 tbs butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
mix 1st 4 ingredients
then mix the other ingredients really good separately, then mix all together and bake in a 9x 13 dish cover and bake 350 degrees till potatoes are cooked and tender...
Cheeseburger Paradise Soup
6 medium potatoes
1 small carrot
1 small onion
1/2 green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped seeded jalopeno pepper
3 cups water
2 tbsp plus 2 tsp. beef granule
2 garlic cloves
1/8tsp pepper
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp butter
5 cups milk
6 tbsp. flour
1 pkg (16 oz) velveeta cheese, cubed
crumbled cooked bacon
In a soup kettle, combine the 1st nine ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat:cover and simmer for 15-20 min. or until potatoes are tender.
mean while in a large skillet, cook beef and mushrooms in butter over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add to soup. Stir in 4 cups mil;heat through.
In a small bowl,combine flour and remaining milk until smooth; gradually stir into soup. Bring to a boil cook and stir until thickened; stir in cheese until melted. Garnish with bacon
YIELD: 14 servings(about 3- 1/2 quarts)

My husband introduced me to Frito Pie. It's a very affordable meal.
Spaghetti seems to be the popular week's pick. And you cannot go wrong with this yummy recipe.

OK. I am dying to know what the corn dog casserole is!! It sounds like something my kids would LOVE!!
