Menu Monday



Monday
Ham & Cheese quiche,Peanut Butter pancakes,(recipe below) fruit, juice

Tuesday
Pasta Primavera,(recipe below)Honey mustard Chicken, garlic Bread, Cauliflower with toasted cracker crumbs.

Wednesday
Baked Potaoto Soup,crackers, mixed fruit jello with bananas, cherries, and mandrin oranges in it.

****Carmelita bars for dessert****

Thursday
sausage, sour kraut, mashed potatoes, green beans

Friday
Pizza Pizza Pizza
Saturday
Leftovers
PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES
1 cup pancake mix
2tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 ( 5 oz)can evaporated milk
mix then pour batter on griddle...
for topping,
1/4 cup butter ( no substitues) softened
2 tbsp. honey
this was the 1st time I have made them and were a hit! I thought they were DELICIOUS!
Pasta Primavera
2 cups florets
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large carrot
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove
1/8tsp pepper
3 cups cooked spaghetti
In a large saucepan, combine the 1st 7 ingredients
cook uncovered, over medium heat until veggies are tender, about 12 min.
stir in spaghetti ; heat through...

We are both doing a pasta primavera! How funny. Great menu. How do you make the peanut butter pancakes?

We both have baked potato soup on Wed! Looks like a yummy week. My kids looove peanut butter pancakes!

You're eating well this week!

You know, I've never made pasta primavera. I have no idea why - I really like to serve meatless meals a couple of nights a week AND we love pasta. This made me think. I think I'll find a recipe.

PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES!!!! Yum! We will be trying those very soon!!!!I wonder how chocolate sauce would taste on them? hee-hee

My husbands family thought I was crazy when I asked for the peanut butter to go with my pancakes--it's so good. They just get it out for me now without asking! Yum! Your menu looks great!
