Tackle It Tuesday

My Tackle for the week is COOKIES! With 3 parties coming up this week I need cookies for them so here I am baking away! So far I have made molasses sugar, peanut butter, snickerdoodles, chocolate chip, ( in this photo) The bowl of candy canes are whole candy canes crushed for my next cookie, scroll down...

I have ventured a new cookie in a Taste Of Home magazine. It is a great version of the peppermint snowballs. After making these you dip them in white chocolate, then into crushed candy canes. They look so pretty don't they?
Now I still have to make traditional cut outs because whats christmas with out cut outs?:) I still also want to make some "parking lot cookies"
I was sent a whole HUGE cookie selection in my mail of various cookies. I also want to make chocolate covered pretzels yet. What is YOUR favorite christmas cookie?
Well other things I have planned today are a 2 hr meeting this morning, then I am off to doing some shopping, both groceries and maybe a little "fun" shopping. I have lots of stops to make, hope everyone is having a prosperous Tuesday!

Yumm!! You're doing great!

My favorite Christmas cookie is the sugar cookies from a family recipe. They are more like a biscuit and I swear nothing brings me back to my childhood like those cookies.
