Menu Plan Monday

Saturday( Blizzard) we Had BBQ Beef Tips, mac n cheese, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes, garlic toast, and chocolate pudding pie for dessert

Sunday I made a big brunch and later we ordered Pizza hut ( real treat since it is the 1st pizza we ordered in a long long time)
Monday Dinner At Marilyns ( I don't have to cook, YEAH)

Tuesday Slow cooked Sauerkraut soup( new recipe)
***1 medium potato, cut into 1/4-inch cubes***
1 lb smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 can ( 32oz) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
4 cups chicken broth
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
2 medium carrots, cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 celery ribs, sliced
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. dillweed
1.2 tsp. pepper
3-4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients. cover and cook on high 5-6 hrs.or until vegetables are tender. skim fat. Garnish individual servings with bacon. YIELD 10-12 servings ( about 3 qts)
Wednesday Spaghetti, garlic toast, corn
Thursday Beef Stew
Friday leftovers

Wow you all have sure got hit with tons of snow! Looks like it did here last week but we had rain all day Saturday and that took it down a bit. I love the pictures of your kids out in the snow. Great fun for them and good for them too!
