TRIPLE - TIER BROWNIES
Ingredients:
- 1 package fudge brownie mix (13-inch x 9-inch pan size)
- 1 package (11-1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1 can (16 ounces) cream cheese frosting
- 1 cup salted peanuts, chopped
Directions:
Prepare and bake brownie mix according to package directions, using a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Cool on a wire rack.In a large saucepan, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes or until blended, stirring occasionally. Stir in cereal; set aside.
Spread frosting over brownies. Sprinkle with peanuts. Spread with peanut butter mixture. Chill for 30 minutes or until set before cutting. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: about 5 dozen.
These are SO delicious! I made these for Friday night as My boss had us ladies from the shop over for a potluck, they were ALL eaten and they all want the recipe, I also made them for church saturday evening and they were ALL eaten again! I would say it was a hit!
Well my DH is back to work after 5 weeks off due to his knee surgery and vacation time! Hopefully this week we can get back into a routine of things! One thing being my meal planning!
Sunday- Hamburgers/ cheeseburgers, jello with fruit in it,corn on the cob, pudding, mixed fruit and chips, Birthday cake and ice cream for dessert!
Monday- leftovers
Tuesday- Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, veggies
Wednesday-Mexican Chicken casserole,corn cake
Thursday- preparing for a garage sale at moms, leftovers!
Friday- pizza

Hello! You and your awesome desserts! I still am yet to make the crock pot cake (which I will do soon) I will have to add these brownies to my list to try!

Excellent Menu once again Tina and I was tempted to try the Mexican Chicken Casserole until I saw the recipe asked for tomato with chilli...now that I must check it out :D
