Christmas With Teri

Monday Evening Teri came over and we celebrated Chrsitmas with her! Always lots of fun! Here is Kedric opening his Gifts! He got some cool stunt trucks and an Air hockey Table and batteries to be used in it!

Adam is older now and requested money to be used for some old fashioned video games he is into for his NES!

Jelena got the phone card she badly wanted/needed to keep up with her new Cedar Point Friends she made. The other minutes were about to expire! Pluse she got us as a Family Pictureka which seems to be quite fun!

She really spoiled me and I am still on cloud nine as I got a Coffee loaded basket with all my favorite things! Chocolate, 4 pkgs of chocolate covered Coffee beans, 2 Sheri's Gift cards and 1 Starbucks gift card! and some YUMMY Gingerbread biscotti! YES I am THAT Excited! It is so perfect and Teri knows me so well! Thank you Teri, your the BEST!!!! It is going to be a GREAT 2010!;)

chocolate shopping and movies

What a fun day I had! My Dear Friend Teri and I FINALLY got away for a girls day out! We traveled to a place nearly an hour away to shop and get away! I needed to get some scrapbooking supplies that I so badly needed so this trip was anxiously awaiting me! I got the things I needed But 1st off My friend Teri is quite the book reader! She spent hours and hours in Barnes and Nobles looking for books for herself! She found plenty maybe 15? anyway while she enjoyed herself there I went to Michaels, Hobby Lobby and Gabrielle Brothers( discount clothing store) I found a couple things for myself and so cheap! Where else can you find a pair of nice dress slacks for $2.00? We had a fabulous dinner at cheddars and I had to have my favorite Monte cristo sandwich and broccoli casserole. After all that excitement we had to check out this amazing chocolate shop next to the book store...No I didn't have any of this pictured though I wished I did but prices were so high! This delectible chocolate double Indulgence was $24.00! Doesn't it look yummy?

the other end of the chocolate store they had ice cream and this flavor was calling me! It was Gold Medal Ribbon something or other, meaning it was vanilla, dark chocolate and caramel! It was amazing! Their ice cream is made by Hersheys...Here I am ready to indulge...

Well after all that fun shopping dinner and dessert we were heading to the amazing discount movie theater! It was so exciting to go to a movie theater and pay only $1.00 for a pretty rescent movie! So we went and seen JUNO...loved it as it was a great movie!

So then we watched one immediately following, and perfect timeing to see 27 Dresses! Both were fabulous! As where else can you see 2 movies for $2? I will definitely be going back there!

So all in all it was a long fun filled day! Now time to get back to the daily chores and other things calling out to me! Have a great day everyone!

More Easter...

Well My Dear Friend Teri spoiled us once again! We celebrated Easter with her yesterday and she got my kids TOO much stuff! She got me a Coffee mug from her local Cool coffee shop I love and some yummy treats from there such as a coffee cake, bagel n cream cheese, muffin, and some biscottis ( my favorite) I love it! Thank you Teri! The kids got lots of stuff,Way more then they deserve! And she got us some great movies, and games as family gifts...I think this raps up the easter festivities, now to concentrate on spring;)

This is my dear friend Teri! She is such a blessing to me. We met many yrs ago when we took dance lessons from the same dance teacher (acrobats she took, I took tap, ballet, and acrobats) later we got to know each other Real well when we worked at the GASLIGHT DRIVE INN... I think we worked together there for 5 yrs...We became best of friends and worked a good 80 hrs a week! ahhh those were the days!Teri is a very hard worker and works nights now in her current job, Smart indeed she is! She knows alot about everything! I know I can call her up anytime and she will explain thigs to me! When I need a favor, help or get together to talk she is there for me! She is a HUGE Blessing in my life and I don't know what I would do without her! She takes care of my 3 children as they are her own. She spoils them WAY to much and spends Way to much on them. Yet she devotes her time and tries to give each one quality time herself! Thank you Teri for all you do for me! And I praise GOD for giving me such a blessing in our friendship! I love you Teri!

She is also like the sister I never had since I got 3 younger brothers instead:)
