Today was the Rec Olympics! The 2 younger children seemed excited to do this. Kedric had fun trying, bless his heart. He didn't win any prize ribbons except a green one for participation, but thats ok, he had fun and wants to do it again next year. They did running, obsticle course, and a few more things, below he is throwing...

Jelena was giving it her all for the basket ball throw, she didn't do as well as she would have liked but had fun too none the less, I had to keep reminding her its ok not to win! check her action shots! they did a couple more things then Kedric's age group, she got to even go swimming for hers. She didn't do so well in that but over all I was proud!

At the end of all divisions, she ended up with a 3rd place ribbon from the obstacle course that she did I thought VERY quickly! And a 2nd place ribbon for the running long jump1 YEAH JELENA! I am so happy for her as so many of the same girls were getting the 1st and 2nds, so glad she managed to get some ribbons too....NOW I have some scrapbooking to do...
