Monday Will be an exciting and Busy day! We will be having friends coming up for a visit From the state of Florida. They are in their mid 70's and with their Daughters help driving them, will be here for the week. They have pretty much been in this area for the alloted time to see their family and They will be coming to see us on Monday! They have always been like a 2nd mom and Dad to my just like a sis Teri and myself. We worked for them for 7 yrs at an ice cream place. Each year they come I try to make an impressive meal for them. Of course usually I have it figured out 6 months ahead. Not this year, I think I have got it figured out completely TODAY! Whew! So here it is...

I love monte cristo sandwiches, but have never made them. I have ordered them and they are usually served with honey, yum!

Do you make your own crust for the pie too or use store bought ones? I'm not sure I can tell from the picture... is it graham cracker crust or a traditional crust?

the jello pie is all homeade, Homeade pie crust you can buy them already baked if you prefer but I opted to TRY and make it myself which WILL taste better then it looks!;)This is not made with a graham cracker crust...
