Weekend Recap

I worked a half day Saturday, then I enjoyed a 6.5 mile bike ride down our trail! We then went to Ryans Buffet. Well Bill and I did, for his work! They had a Truck drivers meeting there and all the spouses were invited! I don't turn down free food;) Bill and I then went to Cedar Point to see the Starlight night display before they take it all down to get ready for Halloweekends! The weather was beautiful and breezy! We walked off our food and only rode the skyride as it then shut down due to getting windier! Then we came home and called it a night!

Sunday I went out with my 2 Besties!! Rhonda and I went to Columbus to see our friend Julie! It was a wonderful day! We went to The Mongolian BBQ- I love this place as it really is an amazing Stir Fry Buffet! You pick out all the meats and veggies in your bowl and they fry it up in front of you! DELICIOUS!

After several plates and I do mean SEVERAL plates of food we walked around Easton and went to Planet Smoothie where I had a fat blasting PBJ smoothie! FABULOUS!

After a 2 hr ride home I took a 6.5 mile bike ride to finish out the day!:)

The weather was perfect!

WEEKEND RECAP

Well it has been a busy weekend! Friday night we met up with some new friends from church at My favorite place SHERI'S Coffee house of course!
They weren't that busy so I managed to get a couple photos of the place while we waited for them!

Here's the sweet couple! We ended up at their house for some nice visiting! We never get asked out as a couple so it was a wonderful time!

Saturday was an incredibly wasted day of work as our shop had minimal clients in. That itself makes a long day! But Saturday night was fun as we went out For Bills safety awards banquet at Marconi's. Boy did I eat! We had mozzarella sticks and stuffed mushrooms for appetizers. The meal was your choice of chicken marsala which is what I had, steak, spaghetti parmesan or lasagna. Salad and rolls, and for dessert you get a little dish of spumoni ice cream. Oh and your choice of any drink non alcoholic included. I had the best raspberry ice tea! Delicious! Here we are heading to the event!

To all the truckers that got an award and those not so fortunate all were invited! These are all the truckers in the company! My hubby didn't get an award this year as he didn't have enough driving in, he was on light duty doing office work last year due to a knee injury... So for that he stayed idle for a year...A couple more yrs of safe driving and he is eligible for a bonus to be used on a vacation! yeah!

Todays plans were to get my wedding ring fixed. Unfortunately the gold band has thinned out and it is cracked all the way around! Well since Bill got home late from an imprtant truck meeting, we changed our plans as there was no longer time to make the long drive to get it looked at. My dear friend Teri took Kedric today for his date day out so I didn't want to entirely scrap the day, so we treated the kids to The new Pizza Brothers buffet. They and I been wanting to check it out for so long now! We decided to rent 2 movies after our pizza pig out;)

Here is a new pizza I been wanting to try! Its called loaded mashed potato pizza,which was good! Yummy delightful broccoli and cauliflour pizza and a cheeseburger and BLT turnover yummy!

Heres the movies we rented... both were very good! I let my kids watch The Frozen River. Though it is rated R, I felt it was better then most PG13 movies! The kids enjoyed The City Of Ember I hope to watch that soon as I was just way to tired for a double feature;)

It was nice to treat the kids after we been taking away so much due to finances. I know Kedric is having a fantastic time as well. Teri was taking him Bowling and to get pizza too!

Weekend Reflection

Looks like another busy weekend we had! Saturday night My girl frd watched the kids so we could Try to finish the christmas shopping for the kids... we are so close to being done for THEM! 1st place we went was Skateworld! they have an awesome light display on the building with 20,000 lights and you tune your radio station in to 99.7 and you can watch a nice show of dancing lights! It is SO awesome! It is totally free and all they ask is you bring and donate a can of food! 20 min. of some powerful christmas music with the lights! check it out! Then we went to Corsos...I had to take a photo of this GORGEOUS poinsettia...Yes it is blue as they spray them to look this way so pretty isn't it?

Sunday I was heading off to another christmas party, though it was my only 1 this weekend! It was a work related party and it was a fun time! Well onto another week! They really roll around quick! I hope everyone had a nice weekend!

My Weekend...

Well it has been a fun filled Weekend! Due to my computer not working I have not been able to post since last thursday! AAAAARGGGHHHH...But it is Fixed now Praise God! Below are photos taken from our Rec Center. I took the kids there friday along with Adams football Buddy and our neighbor Jelenas friend...Everyone had a great time! Surprisingly it was not very busy but did get quite warm! We spent 4 luxurious hours sunbathing and swimming! I even got in the water which I usually D NOT do as I would rather nap;) Here is a nice photo of all the kids!

Saturday we went out just Bill and I went and ate the chinese Buffet. It was delicious! I been having a craving for chinese and crab...We used this time to run errands as we do this once a month! I had to get more football stuff at MC SPORTS for Adam and then we went to Pet Co and FINALLY bought Maddie this beautiful extremely soft ORTHOPEDIC Bed. Yeah she loves it which if she didn't we would all fight for it as it is so cozy!;) It fits so nice in her cage to and machine washable cover makes it a must have!

Marilyn our wonderful sitter, took Adam and Kedric to the Dragstrip as they were having the big doings this weekend! Jelena went and had a fun day at Cedar Point with our dear friend Bob and she came home looking like this!
Ahh YEAH I say SPOILED??? hehehe...Thanks Bob! Of course they had LOTS of fun!

Today sunday Adam had his 1st Football Game! It was exciting for everyone! And the best part is they WON!!! the score? 36-6! wooohoooo

Now we are wrapping up the day, not sure if anyone is up for a movie but since I cooked on Friday we are going to Order that pizza we were supposed to have on friday;)Hope everyone is enjoying their weekends!
